Training

Reznick Government is dedicated to providing our employees with every opportunity to succeed. We believe that training for our employees is an integral part of providing the best possible services to our clients and have established a task force to oversee this training and develop new courses and learning paths.

The Reznick Government Training Task Force currently has three initiatives:

  1. Learning Path Pilot Program
  2. Brown Bag Training Initiative
  3. Internal Live Training Development

Learning Path Pilot Program
The Training Task Force has developed a pilot learning path for each level of client service within the team.  This pilot learning path was deployed during the first quarter of our new fiscal year.  The Training Task Force, along with Office Managing Principal Paul Raffensperger, Human Resources, and Learning Services, has selected members from our team to test the new learning path, along with specific training courses geared towards our service lines.   

Brown Bag Training Initiative
The Training Task Force has also implemented a Reznick Government “Brown Bag” Training program.  These training sessions are one to two hours in length and will be conducted live as well as via conference call or video conference.  These sessions relate to our core business service lines and are delivered by our own Senior Managers and Managers as Subject Matter Experts. 

Internal Live Training Development
Due to the diverse nature of our business service lines, the Training Task Force also works with Management to develop live internal training courses for Reznick Government.  Our goal is to deliver two live training courses annually for Reznick Government that can be delivered by Managers/Senior Managers regionally.  The Training Task Force, along with Learning Services, has identified the two potential training courses for FY 2012 to include the following:

  • Reznick Government Project Management
  • Introduction to Reznick Government

These training courses will be an important stepping stone to training our team on consistent engagement management and client service delivery.  We will also familiarize staff with important aspects of our business service lines.
